Our DVDs and Blu-ray orders are processed and shipped by Cinemagnetics Inc. This is the name that will appear on your credit card and you will receive an email from them if there's any problem with your order.
All returns are due within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). You may return any unopened DVD or Blu-ray, for any reason, for a full refund.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from our site. Zeitgeist guarantees all products to be defect free. We will replace any defective or damaged product.
You can also cancel unshipped items within a day of ordering. Please contact Consumer Sales.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Please include the packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address on the shipping label.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
